Capri 15-4722 March 17 - May 6, 2001 Sally Guttierrez Through the use of different media Gutierrez examines contemporary self-understanding in an urban environment. Addressing human relationships to notions of space, she questions the borders of exterior and interior/ public and private within the city. Gutierrez focuses the individual's objects as traces and by-products of quotidian choice; her work functions almost as an archeological investigation of such articulated patterns. |
